What I like most about working for Telnik Roofing Ltd is being part of a great team. I also enjoy learning new things every day. In my spare time, I enjoy watching football and boxing and spending time with family and friends.

I love working for Telnik as it gives me the freedom to guide the company to be a forward thinking profitable business, Keeping up to date with the industry and sharing with every member of the Telnik Team.

I love to orchestrate personal and team development in all disciplines for each Telnik employee. I enjoy forming working partnerships with trade associations, training groups, manufacturers, HSE, Local authority, Housing Associations and also the Business Networking Institute.

In my spare time I love to take long walks and like to travel, if I can do either with my family this is the icing on the cake.  I enjoy watching football and supporting our local team, Tring Athletic Football Club.

What I like most about working for Telnik is the constant flow of steady work in all aspects of roofing. Everyone on the team is on the same wave length so that makes it more enjoyable as well. I get satisfaction passing on the compliments to the operatives from homeowners on completion of the job. I think the amount of courses each individual goes on and the information each individual holds regarding the roofing industry is superb and I’m excited to see what the future holds for us all.

I like working for Telnik Roofing not because we are an honest, long established local company, we get some great customer feedback because we continue to keep up to date with regulations and Government legislation. We do things the right way, first time round.  We do not cut corners or use inferior products and we look after our customers and our workforce.

In my spare time I like cooking, going on walks, travelling and most of all spending time with my family!

The most rewarding part of my job is meeting the customers and giving them the best advice for their project. What I most like about working for Telnik roofing ltd is the family feel and having the support from all the team, as well as the privilege to work with roofing manufacturers and the NFRC (national federation of roofing contractors) to help us progress as a company by complying to all new up and coming regulations.

In my spare time I like supporting and assisting my local football team, playing golf and spending time with my family.
